The environment… to think.

Coaching as a business tool began in the 80’s by Tim Gallwey, a tennis coach that thought he could apply the same tools in helping business leaders as he had with tennis players. It worked. Helping leaders leverage their strengths and account for their blind spots, coaching produces results. Whether you’re a CEO, someone who is starting a company, or an emerging leader.

Over the years we’ve helped leaders move from being business owners to CEOs, managers to senior leaders, and guided entrepreneurs in identifying what roles they need to play and not play. In person or on the phone, Liz and Rachel spend a good portion of their time coaching. Liz is a certified NLP coach working with hundreds of leaders and teams in developing their leadership, improving their performance, and increasing their satisfaction.
