Established in 1996 as Management Solutions Group, LLC, we recognized the need for a more effective approach to running companies and leading people. We transitioned from a command-and-control model to one that emphasizes information sharing, empowerment, accountability, and the development of leadership skills. Initially focused on facilitation and training in management topics, we discovered our clients desired our “higher order thinking skills,” prompting us to expand into business advising for startups and growing enterprises. In 2013, we adopted the name Strategy and Leadership, LLC.
